SINGLE/TWIN SCREW EXTRUDERS

Down stream equipment

  • Screw & barrel in high-grade nitride teel, screw dia. 20, 25 and 30mm, all with L/D ratio of 30
  • 25 & 30mm extruders can be supplied with or without venting

Downstream Equipments include:

  • Water Bath LW-100 capacity: 80l, Pump Power: 0.55kW
  • Pelletizer LZ-120
  • Film blowing attachment LF-400
  • Film blowing lines can be retrofitted to process LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE

 

Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine Attachment Type LBM-125

  • Fully automatic hydraulic blow moulding attachment with LCD touch screen controls
  • To produce hollow objects in LDPE, HDPE, PP, PC, PS & PVC
  • Completely enclosed for optimum safety
  • Can be attached to single or twin screw extruders
  • CAST FILM & SHEET CHILL ROLL LINE
  • For laboratory production of up to 300mm wide films and sheets in PE, PP, PS, ABS, etc
  • Bench top version also available on request for sheets width up to 100mm
  • Precise simulation of large production lines
  • Output for LE25-30/C is ? 12kg/hr of LDPE
  • Max. Film/Sheet width is 300mm
EXTRUSION FILTER TEST MACHINES
  • For fast and accurate testing of pigment and fillers in compounds and master batches
  • Used as an attachment to standard extruders
  • Uses fine mesh filter pack with mesh opening 5-15microns
  • In-line gear pump for optimum precision
  • On-board panel PC with LCD screen to display graphs/data – OPTIONAL

HIGH SPEED FLUID MIXERS
